At Dirt Bank Angler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

Items must not have been used or damaged in any way.

Apparel must not show any signs of wear, stains, or odors.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dirtbankangler.com to request a return authorization.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us withinhours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
